After much trial and tribulation it became blindingly apparent that the one thing that was missing was nothing that could be learnt on the outside, it had to be cultivated from the inside.   

She had to become the brand.   

Using the same methods and techniques that helped transform her personal life from lonely and desperate to connected and joyful, she started applying these powerful mindset tools to her business and the results skyrocketed from there.  She’s now made it her mission to teach these secrets to others on the same path and allow them to experience the same level of assurance, clarity and joy when launching their own brand.

Amy set up Megawatt Coaching over five years ago to support senior comms professionals to evolve and align their comms careers with their true desires. Since then, she's coached hundreds of senior PR folk, including comms leaders at Royal Mail, John Lewis, AXA Healthcare and Ted Baker, alongside directors and board members from some of London and New York’s best-known PR agencies.

Her personal journey has been her training. She started in the comms industry 18 years ago, working for one of the UK’s top PR agencies on clients like Google, NET-A-PORTER, Cisco and John Lewis. She then moved to France for five years, where she kicked off her freelance career, retraining as a coach and teaching yoga.

Most recently, she trained in Psychodynamic Coaching, which allows her to blend subconscious shadow work, meditations and calming body awareness techniques with more traditional, results-oriented coaching. With her support, clients align and evolve their careers towards more meaningful, inspiring and rewarding opportunities.

She is also a mum to a young daughter and now lives on the South Coast of the UK with her partner.
